How it works
At Batch Food, our mission is to make your life easier and more delicious with great food that’s ready-to-go, for a fraction of the cost of eating out!
Our ordering process is simple. You don’t need to sign up or commit to a weekly delivery – order what you want, when you want. Pay by credit card or gift card. Have your order delivered to your door, send it as a gift, or pick it up from our Richmond location at a prearranged time (no walk-ins please).
How to Order:
The minimum order size for delivery is $40, or you can pick up your order from our Richmond location. If you are picking up an order, please call or email us at email@example.com to confirm your pickup time (no walk-ins please).
We ship frozen meals across BC:
If you are ordering from outside our Greater Vancouver delivery area, please place your order by email at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will calculate the overnight shipping rates for you.
Put out a cooler on delivery day:
Leave a personal cooler at your door and we’ll load your meals into it to keep them chilled, or sign up for our cooler exchange program for a one-time fee of $10.

Vancouver, Richmond, Burnaby, New Westminster, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, North Delta, South Delta, Surrey, White Rock, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Langley, Maple Ridge
Sunday 3:00 – 7:30pm (place your order by 9:00am Sunday)
Tuesday 5:00 – 8:00am (place your order by 12:00pm Monday)
Thursday 5:00 – 8:00am (place your order by 12:00pm Wednesday)
We charge a small fee for delivery throughout Greater Vancouver, based on your location:
- Within 30 km of our Richmond location, $6 delivery fee
- More than 30 km from our Richmond location, $10 delivery fee
Our online ordering system will automatically calculate your delivery fee based on your postal code.
If you live outside Greater Vancouver, we deliver frozen meals anywhere in BC via overnight shipping. Please contact us at email@example.com to discuss the shipping rates.
