How it works
At Batch Food, our mission is to make your life easier and more delicious with great food that’s ready-to-go, for a fraction of the cost of eating out!

Our ordering process is simple. You don’t need to sign up or commit to a weekly delivery – order what you want, when you want. Pay by credit card or gift card. Have your order delivered to your door or send it as a gift.
How to Order:
The minimum order size for delivery is $40
We ship frozen meals across BC:
If you are ordering from outside our Greater Vancouver delivery area, please place your order by email at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will calculate the overnight shipping rates for you.
Put out a cooler on delivery day:
Leave a personal cooler at your door and we’ll load your meals into it to keep them chilled, or sign up for our cooler exchange program for a one-time fee of $10.
Due to the state of emergency declaration in BC in the last few days, we will be following the recommendations of the federal government and any requests posted in buildings.
We ask that people in apartment buildings, condos, complexes, and group homes, meet us at the front entrance or lobby to pick up their packages, unless their health prevents them from doing so.

Please note that we do our best to get your deliveries to you in the quickest manner possible; however the routes can be affected by weather, traffic, and on the sheer amount of deliveries we will have to do! We appreciate your patience and understanding in this.
If you do require a specific time for delivery, please call us to schedule a catered delivery. These are subject to staff availability and higher delivery fees.

Sunday 10:00am – 6:00pm (place your order online by 9:00am Saturday or by 5:00pm Friday over the phone)
Maple Ridge, Pitt Meadows, Fort Langley, Aldergrove, Abbotsford, Mission (These areas are exempt from delivery on Sunday)
Monday 9:00am – 5:00pm (place your order online by 9am on Saturday or by 5pm Friday over the phone)
Langley, White Rock, Surrey, Delta, North Delta, Ladner, Tsawwassen, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody
Wednesday 9:00am – 5:00pm (place your order online by 9:00am Tuesday or by 5pm Monday over the phone)
Vancouver, Richmond, Burnaby, New Westminster, North Vancouver, West Vancouver
Thursday 9:00am – 5:00pm (place your order online by 9:00am Wednesday or 5pm Tuesday over the phone)
We charge a small fee for delivery throughout Greater Vancouver, based on your location:
- Within 25 km of our location, $6 delivery fee
- More than 25 km from our location, $10 delivery fee
Our online ordering system will automatically calculate your delivery fee based on your postal code.
If you live outside Greater Vancouver, we deliver frozen meals anywhere in BC via overnight shipping. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss the shipping rates.
