How it works

At Batch Food, our mission is to make your life easier and more delicious with great food that’s ready-to-go, for a fraction of the cost of eating out!

For a full menu print out, download here. Please note we just launched our Fall 2020 menu, so items from previous menus may be unavailable. We are also still working on this menu, so the paper menu will change more over the next few weeks.

Our ordering process is simple. You don’t need to sign up or commit to a weekly delivery – order what you want, when you want. Pay by credit card or gift card. Have your order delivered to your door or send it as a gift.

The minimum order size for delivery is $60

We ship frozen meals across BC:

If you are ordering from outside our Greater Vancouver delivery area, please place your order by email at info@batchfood.com, and we will calculate the overnight shipping rates for you.

Put out a cooler on delivery day: 

Leave a personal cooler at your door and we’ll load your meals into it to keep them chilled. Our cooler exchange program is currently suspended to help prevent the spread of Covid-19. 

Preventing the Spread of Covid

The health & safety of our customers and staff is our top-priority! In the midst of the COVID-19 epidemic, we want to assure you that our kitchen is following strict precautionary measures:

All staff are wearing protective gloves and continuously sanitizing food and production materials. And of course, no staff is permitted to come to work if they are not feeling well.

If non-contact delivery is preferred, our drivers can leave your order at the door or with the concierge.

The Cooler Exchange Program has been temporarily suspended and we will be unable to accept boxes for return at this time.

Pick Up Orders

We require 30 hours notice at this time to full fill orders for pick up.

If placing an order online, just select the “Local Pick Up” option in the shipping section at the checkout. You can place pick up orders for Monday to Friday from 12pm to 5pm or Saturdays from 12pm to 4pm.

Delivery Fee

We charge a small fee for delivery throughout Greater Vancouver, based on your location:

  • Within 25 km of our location, $6 delivery fee
  • More than 25 km from our location, $10 delivery fee

Our online ordering system will automatically calculate your delivery fee based on your postal code.

If you live outside Greater Vancouver, we deliver frozen meals anywhere in BC via overnight shipping. Please contact us at info@batchfood.com to discuss the shipping rates.
